Fiber-Com Terms and Conditions
- Only Fiber-Com’s terms will apply, not the client’s own rules. Any changes to these terms must be agreed in writing by both sides.
- Clients must pay invoices within 21 working days, unless the invoice mentions a different deadline.
- Payments for each project must be made:
- 50% to start the project
- 40% when Fiber-Com delivers the goods
- 10% after the whole project is complete and accepted by the client.
- Payment must be made in the currency shown on the invoice. Fiber-Com accepts EGP (Egyptian Pound) or USD (US Dollars) or Euro.
- If payment is made from outside Egypt, the client must pay any bank or transfer fees.
- If the client does not pay on time:
- Fiber-Com can charge an extra fee.
- Fiber-Com can stop work or delivery until payment is done.
- If payment is more than 60 days late:
- Fiber-Com can use a debt collection company.
- The client is responsible for all legal and collection costs.
- If local law requires tax to be withheld from payment, the client must pay that tax directly. The full invoice amount is still owed to Fiber-Com.
- Fiber-Com does its best to deliver on time and solve problems, but does not guarantee a specific result. Fiber-Com is not responsible for claims from the client’s customers.
- Any complaints must be sent to Fiber-Com’s office by registered mail within 8 days of receiving goods or services.
- All contracts follow Egyptian law.
